Clinical manifestations of short double eyelid line 1. The double eyelid line disappears near the inner canthus, forming the so-called “half double” eyelid. Reason: The inner canthus is covered up. 2. Disappearance of the double eyelid line at the outer canthus. Causes: (1) The line was not designed to reach the orbital rim. (2) The stitches are not deep and tight when sewing the outside stitches with the suture method. When using the incision method, the deeper tissue is not enough. Repair method 1.For the change from half double eyelid to full double eyelid, the inner canthus needs to be revised and enlarged, generally the “Z” shaping method can be used for correction. 2.Double eyelid line in the outer canthus does not show.
