Vision Restoration Treatment

If the vision loss is due to refractive error, it is usually not easily recovered, but can be corrected. In contrast, children between the ages of six and fourteen are in their prime vision development period and can achieve partial recovery of vision by relieving visual fatigue. Methods to relieve visual fatigue include distant gaze, crystal manipulation to turn the eyes, and massage acupuncture points. First of all, distant gaze is the most commonly used method to restore eyesight in clinical practice. You can find a vast open space and gaze into the distance with full concentration for two to five seconds, which can relax the ciliary muscle, reduce eye fatigue and help restore vision. You can usually do this treatment three times a day, for about ten minutes at a time. Second, you can help restore your vision by turning your eyeballs. You can let the eyeballs turn clockwise ten times in the order of up, down, left and right, and then turn counterclockwise ten times, which can help regulate vision. Finally, massaging the acupuncture points of the eyes to help restore and regulate eye function is also a good treatment method. Clinically, you can help relieve eye fatigue by massaging the Tian Ying acupuncture point, Qing Ming acupuncture point, Si Bai acupuncture point, and Sun acupuncture point. This method is very effective for pseudomyopia and for preventing myopia from deepening. Patients are advised to choose methods such as distant gazing, eye rolling, and massage of acupuncture points to help relieve eye strain and perform eye care according to their condition.
