Endometrial polyps are not serious diseases, but are mainly caused by the proliferation of endometrial tissue due to long-term stimulation by estrogen, which results in these polyps and are common in gynecology. If there are corresponding clinical symptoms, such as irregular vaginal bleeding, prolonged menstrual period, or affecting the fertilization of eggs, hysteroscopy can be performed to remove the polyps, and diagnostic scraping is also recommended to send the excised polyps and scraped out endometrium for pathological examination, and the final clinical diagnosis will be based on the pathology. If there are no corresponding clinical symptoms and the polyps are small, they can be reviewed regularly. If surgery was performed, postoperative review is also recommended because endometrial polyps are recurrent.
