Neiguan point belongs to the Hand Syncopal Pericardium Meridian and is located on the palm side of the forearm, 2 inches above the transverse carpal stripe, in the depression between the tendon of the palmaris longus and the tendon of the radial flexor carpi radialis, and can treat heart and chest disorders, such as palpitation, chest tightness, cardiac pain, chest pain, as well as gastric disorders, such as nausea, vomiting, and other stomach disorders.
Xin Yu point belongs to the foot solar bladder meridian, on the back, under the spinous process of the 5th thoracic vertebra, 1.5 inches from the thoracic vertebrae, and can treat palpitations, heart pain, forgetfulness, insomnia, epilepsy and other diseases.
