How to regulate heart palpitations

Palpitation is a kind of disease in which the patient feels palpitation in the heart, and can’t even be autonomous. Patients with palpitations can use traditional Chinese medicines to regulate under the guidance of doctors, and commonly used traditional Chinese medicines include Anshen Dingzhi Pill, Gui Spleen Tang, Ling Gui Jie Gan Tang and so on.
Tranquilizing the Mind and Tranquilizing the Spirit Pill is composed of Poria, Poria, Ginseng and Yuan Zhi. It has the effect of nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind. It is mainly used for treating panic and restlessness, sleeplessness and so on.
Gui Spleen Tang, mainly used for treating deficiency of heart, spleen, qi and blood. Symptoms include palpitation and palpitations, insomnia, night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up), tiredness and poor appetite, etc.; Spleen does not regulate blood (non-physiological hemorrhagic disease). Symptoms include blood in stool, subcutaneous purpura, women’s metrorrhagia (excessive menstrual flow or dribbling), and menstrual hypermenorrhea.
Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang (苓桂术甘汤) is used for treating phlegm-drinking (pathological products formed by impaired water-liquid metabolism) associated with deficiency of the middle yang. Symptoms include fullness in the chest and hypochondrium (a collective term for the chest and ribs), dizziness and palpitations, shortness of breath and coughing.
Patients with palpitations are advised to seek medical attention. If medication is needed, it should be diagnosed by a doctor and the treatment should be standardized according to the doctor’s prescription.
