Difference between palpitations and panic attacks

There is no difference between palpitations and panic; palpitations and panic belong to the same clinical manifestation, only the terminology is different.
Palpitation belongs to the medical terminology and is also commonly known as panic, which means a restless feeling in the precordial area, which can also be described as a feeling of fast heartbeat and short pauses in the heartbeat.
There are more causes of palpitations and panic, such as hormonal changes in the body, drinking alcohol, drinking strong tea, applying adrenaline medication, strenuous exercise, emotional excitement, nervousness and other physiological factors, as well as pathological factors such as cardiac arrhythmia, heart failure, electrolyte disorders, anemia, cardiac neuroses, depression and so on.
