Milk may aggravate enteritis. If the child has enteritis caused by intestinal allergies, such as drinking breast milk and being allergic to breast milk, or drinking cow’s milk and being allergic to cow’s milk, enteritis may occur, and of course if the child continues to drink cow’s milk, it may aggravate the child’s intestinal inflammation. The color of the stool becomes red. The diagnosis of enteritis caused by milk allergy should be stopped by choosing lactose-free milk and, if necessary, amino acid milk for treatment.
