How to treat celiac disease grade 2

Patient: Celiac disease grade 2 was detected in October 2008, and the symptom at that time was back pain. I had three courses of treatment at the local hospital, and the results were fine during the treatment, but after the treatment was over, I still felt uncomfortable with my back after having intercourse for a short time. (During this period I also had a mold infection, after examination mold has been cured). In September this year, the doctor said my rotten or grade 2, let me do radiofrequency treatment. I just got married and don’t have any children yet, will this treatment affect my future fertility. Doctor: Hello, there is still some controversy about cervical physiotherapy for infertile women. The opposing side is mainly concerned about the change in the physical state of the cervix after cervical physiotherapy, the damage to some of the cervical glands due to immature surgical techniques that affects the secretion of cervical mucus and the postoperative effect on the delivery. Supporters believe that the inflammatory factors produced by cervical inflammation may lead to infertility and the possibility of progressive development of cervical inflammation. My perception is that cervical inflammation is a very common problem that has to be seen in conjunction with gynecological examination. In case of simple chronic inflammation, infertile and with normal cancer smear, outpatient follow-up is perfectly acceptable and no special treatment is needed; in case of acute inflammation or cervical hypertrophy or cervical redundancy, colposcopy, and if colposcopy does not suggest a lesion, physical therapy can be considered. Chronic cervicitis can be accompanied by low back discomfort, but low back discomfort cannot be explained simply by cervicitis, and low back pain symptoms do not necessarily improve after cervical physiotherapy.
