Postoperative cerebral thrombosis of lung cancer requires anticoagulation therapy and thrombolytic therapy, and surgery can also be performed if necessary.
1. Anticoagulation therapy, in order to avoid further aggravation of cerebral thrombosis, it is necessary to use anticoagulant drugs such as ordinary heparin and low molecular heparin to carry out targeted treatment, so as to avoid aggravation of the condition caused by the continuous increase of thrombus.
2. Thrombolytic therapy, that is to say, dissolving blood clots in the brain, that is to say, the use of streptokinase, fibrinolytic enzyme and acetylated fibrinolytic enzymes and other drugs for treatment, and gradually dissolve blood clots to restore vascular access.
3. Surgery, if the above treatments are not effective or have no effect, surgery can be considered to remove the thrombus, which is risky and generally not recommended.
