Generally should take a natural sitting position, chest straight, head slightly tilted forward, eyes and desktop to maintain a distance of about 33cm. In addition, the height of the table and chairs will also affect the posture of the human body, such as high tables or chairs too low, it will make the person’s head too far back and shoulders up, so that the distance between the eyes and the desktop shortened, both easy to cause strain on the neck and shoulder muscles, but also easy to lead to vision fatigue and myopia; on the contrary, if the table is too low or chairs too high, it makes people leaning forward and forward, more likely to lead to strain on the neck. In addition, long-term typing, embroidery and other low-headed work of people, should not be long-term continuous work, there should be appropriate intermediate rest and work activities, and do functional activities of the neck and shoulders. As the saying goes: “high pillow without worry”, in fact, from a medical point of view, high pillow sleep often causes cervical strain, long-term high pillow and lying is often an important factor leading to recurring pillow and cervical spondylosis. The normal human cervical spine, from the side, its shape has a forward projection of the physiological bend (cervical curve). This is also not scientific. The most ideal pillow should be in line with the physiological structure of the human cervical spine. The human cervical spine is composed of seven vertebrae, between which there are intervertebral discs, muscles, ligaments and small joints are connected, in order to keep the body upright and walking balance and cushion walking, jumping oscillations, to protect the brain, the seven cervical vertebrae are not vertically superimposed, but a more rounded, protruding to the front of the arc. In particular, the following two points should be noted: (1) Climate change, to prevent cold. In addition to the changeable temperature in early summer or late autumn when resting outdoors, it is easy to get cold and cause muscle spasm or rheumatic changes in the neck, and it is also necessary to avoid the cold wind blowing continuously to the body, especially the head and neck, in an air-conditioned environment, which can cause imbalance inside and outside the cervical spine and thus induce or aggravate the symptoms.  (2) Avoid humid environment. Indoor environment is too humid, inevitably easy to cause sweating dysfunction, and easy to cause the human body internal and external balance imbalance and induce cervical spondylosis, as well as other bone and joint disorders. Therefore, should try to avoid, especially in the rainy season should pay more attention.
