The repair of congenital giant nevi is more difficult to treat, especially in cases where the location is specific. There are two main types of treatment: one is to remove the whole block and cover the wound with tissue expansion or skin slice or flap graft; the other is to thinly remove the surface layer of cells in the nevus area and remove part of the nevus cells, so that they can grow and repair the wound on their own. The effect is not immediate and requires multiple treatments, each at an interval of 3 months. Therefore, for the treatment of giant nevus, we need to give up the idea of solving all the problems after a one-time treatment, the treatment process is a long and complicated process, and we hope that all nevus patients and their families are aware of this.
