The common “hepatitis” is mainly viral hepatitis, but also some drug-related hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis. Viral hepatitis is a group of infectious diseases mainly caused by hepatitis A, B, and C viral infections, mainly liver cell damage. In patients recovering from acute viral hepatitis or chronic viral hepatitis, due to the low ability of the liver to oxidize and utilize fat, as well as the lack of lipid removal factors that reduce the outward migration of fat, on top of this, coupled with the treatment of hepatitis with long-term large amounts of oral or intravenous glucose, the use of high-calorie, high-sugar diet, as well as excessive restrictions on physical activity, eventually lead to a decrease in the liver’s ability to metabolize fat, fat accumulation in the liver cells. This leads to hyperlipidemia and fatty liver, the so-called “post-hepatitis fatty liver”, which in turn aggravates the condition of the original viral hepatitis and leads to prolonged lesions. During the treatment and recovery of other hepatitis, this situation often occurs, which will add new roadblocks to the recovery of the liver, so after suffering from liver disease, in addition to actively treating the primary hepatitis, but also know the correct diet, exercise, nutritional intake and recuperation should be moderate, and be alert to the occurrence of another liver disease – fatty liver.
