Can’t you have an abortion if you have vaginitis?

If vaginitis is not treated in time, vaginal inflammation can easily cause endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, tubal inflammation and even tubal blockage, infertility and post-operative abdominal pain and other complications during the procedure. Therefore, before the abortion, a routine leucorrhoea test should be performed, and if vaginitis is found, effective treatment should be given according to the results of the test. In the case of mycosis fungoides, systemic or local medication should be given, such as clotrimazole suppositories for vaginal application or fluconazole tablets to be administered. In case of trichomoniasis, metronidazole can also be given as a dose and the abortion can be performed after the vaginitis is cured to avoid complications.
