What are the main sites involved in multiple sclerosis?

  An autoimmune disease characterized by inflammatory demyelinating lesions in the white matter of the central nervous system. It mainly involves the periventricular white matter, optic nerve, spinal cord, brainstem and cerebellum in scattered multiple foci.  Clinical manifestations: into spatial multiplicity and temporal multiplicity.  1, The first symptoms include weakness of one or more limbs, with asymmetric spastic paralysis being the most common.  2, Asymmetric or heterogeneous sensory abnormalities.  3.Ocular muscle paralysis.  4.Nystagmus, mostly horizontal.  5.Loss of vision, with simultaneous involvement of the optic nerve or spinal cord.  6.Ataxia.  7, Charcot’s three main signs (nystagmus, intentional tremor, chanting-like language).  8.Seizure symptoms.  9.Psychiatric symptoms.  10.Bladder dysfunction.
