Introduction to Radiofrequency Minimally Invasive Technology

The mechanism of radiofrequency thermocoagulation is to emit high frequency radiofrequency current through a magnetic field, which generates a changing magnetic field at the tip of the working electrode, causing molecular movement and frictional heat generation in the target tissue covered by the magnetic field, and thermocoagulation destroys the target area tissue. Radiofrequency thermal coagulation target treatment is accurately positioned under C-type X-ray machine and monitored under digital subtraction, which directly denatures and coagulates the nucleus pulposus of the protruding disc; shrinks and reduces the volume and relieves the compression. It does not hurt the normal nucleus pulposus tissue, and at the same time repairs the rupture of the fibrous ring, inactivates the nerve endings of the nascent lesions in the disc, directly blocks the release of glycoprotein and beta protein in the medullary fluid, and the warming effect plays a good therapeutic role on the injured fibrous ring, edematous nerve roots and inflammatory reactions in the spinal canal, and the symptoms disappear or are reduced immediately after treatment. It is one of the internationally recognized minimally invasive treatment methods with fast and safe results, little patient pain and low risk. 1.Posterior spinal nerve destruction or pulse-regulated radiofrequency for the treatment of intractable pain in the corresponding innervation area. 2.Sympathetic ganglion destruction, treatment of pulsating vascular pain, cyanotic ischemic pain, burning sympathetic pain in the head, arm, hand, chest and abdominal wall, perineum or lower extremity. 3.Posterior spinal nerve ganglion destruction or pulsed radiofrequency adjustment for treatment of intractable pain or cancer pain in head, occipital, neck, hand, chest and lower extremity. 4.Radiofrequency destruction of peripheral nerves to treat malignant pain in each innervation area; such as trigeminal neuralgia. 5.Radiofrequency destruction of pterygopalatine ganglion for migraine and throbbing headache. 6.Radiofrequency thermal coagulation decompression of intervertebral disc treats discogenic lumbago, neck and shoulder pain, cervical headache, cervical dizziness and sympathetic disorder symptoms, as well as arm pain and lumbar leg pain. 7.Tumor radiofrequency thermal coagulation treatment of tumor infiltrative or compressive pain. 8.myofascial contracture radiofrequency thermal coagulation relaxation treatment of myofascial pain syndrome or nerve entrapment pain, etc.
