Circumcision is the removal of the excess foreskin on top of the penis to expose the head of the penis. It is an effective treatment for prepuce, phimosis and prevention of its complications, and is a minor surgery to treat circumcision. The original purpose of the surgery is to expose the head of the penis completely through the surgery, thus reducing the possibility of infection. Premature ejaculation refers to ejaculation during sex before the penis has been inserted into the vagina, or after less than 15 strokes after insertion, or less than 2 minutes after insertion, and the female partner has not yet reached sexual satisfaction. The glans is wrapped by the foreskin for a long time, rarely rubbing with underwear and so on, so the surface layer is tender, once erection, the glans is fully exposed, it is too sensitive to rubbing, tight turn and wet temperature changes, which can easily lead to premature ejaculation. After the circumcision reveals the glans tied part, it can reduce the chronic stimulation of foreskin scale, which is beneficial to improve the sensitivity of sexual life, thus it is possible to obtain greater sexual pleasure. After circumcision, the glans and coronal sulcus of the penis are exposed for a period of time, plus the friction and stimulation by underwear, so that the sensitivity of its nerves is significantly reduced, thus breaking the original conditioned reflex, gradually increasing the central threshold for triggering ejaculation, delaying the emergence of ejaculatory action, achieving the purpose of prolonging intercourse and treating premature ejaculation. However, premature ejaculation does not necessarily improve after circumcision in circumcised patients. The first thing that needs to be clarified is the cause of premature ejaculation in order to target treatment. The causes of premature ejaculation include, in addition to circumcision, abnormal glans sensitivity, mental factors, prostatitis, lack of sexual experience and skills, and many other reasons. And, circumcision does not necessarily lead to premature ejaculation. Patients with circumcision combined with premature ejaculation may have the cause of premature ejaculation or include other causes, and when the patient removes the excessive foreskin, the cause of premature ejaculation is not lifted, so the symptoms of premature ejaculation still exist. It is advisable for patients to have a detailed examination to clarify the cause before deciding on a treatment plan. The majority of the results are not ideal.
