Inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease of unknown etiology, including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD), and still belongs to the category of difficult to treat diseases. (i.e. intravenous nutrition).
(2) Drug therapy: at present, aminosalicylic acid preparations, glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive drugs are still the mainstay of treatment, with slight differences in CD or UC selection.
â‘¢Symptomatic treatment: use anticholinergic, antidiarrheal and antibiotic drugs as appropriate; surgical treatment if necessary.
