Every colon cancer patient will be advised by the doctor to have regular review after the treatment. As long as you follow up with the following items, you may find the signs of tumor recurrence at an early stage: 1. Medical history and physical examination: 1 every 3-6 months for 2 years, then 1 every 6 months for 5 years. 2.Monitoring of CEA: 1 every 3-6 months for 2 years, then 1 every 6 months for a total of 5 years. 3.Pelvic CT: 1 abdomen every year for 3 years; 4.Colonoscopy: within 1 year after surgery, and then as needed.
