Indications: For the treatment of patients with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic medullary thyroid cancer with clinical symptoms or definite disease progression.
Key points for rational drug use:
1. The recommended dose of anlotinib is 12 mg/dose once daily by mouth before breakfast. Take the drug continuously for 2 weeks and stop for 1 week, i.e. 3 weeks (21 days) as a course of treatment. Until disease progression or intolerable adverse reactions occur. If there is a missed dose during the dosing period, no additional dose will be taken if the time until the next dose is confirmed to be less than 12 hours.
2. Adverse reactions should be monitored closely during the use of this product and adjusted according to the adverse reactions to enable the patient to tolerate the treatment. Adverse reactions caused by this product can be dealt with by symptomatic treatment, suspension of medication and/or dose adjustment.
3. Management is graded according to the degree of adverse reactions (non-bleeding related adverse reactions). If Grade 3 adverse reactions occur, suspend the drug until the adverse reaction returns to
