Early menstrual flow is a manifestation of menstrual disorders, mostly related to endocrine dysfunction of the ovaries. The main reasons for this phenomenon include: 1. Long-term bad habits that lead to endocrine dysfunction of the ovaries, such as smoking, alcohol consumption, frequent late nights and emotional depression. Inadequate estrogen levels and early atrophy of the corpus luteum leads to early withdrawal of progesterone levels, resulting in poor endometrial proliferation and early exfoliation and bleeding causing early menstruation and low menstrual volume. 2. Women who have just undergone purging surgery or abortion may experience a short period of menstrual disorder, manifested as early menstruation and low menstrual volume. In this case, if it happens only once in a while, there is usually no big problem, and most of them can return to normal by themselves after removing the influence of adverse factors. If this phenomenon occurs in several consecutive menstrual cycles, a systematic examination and treatment is required.
