For example: feeling pain in the right lower abdomen for six months. 3, the current medical history: mainly describe the whole process of your disease, that is, the occurrence, development, evolution and diagnosis and treatment. Can be described in the following order: (1) the onset of the disease and the time of illness. Time of illness: from the onset of illness to the time of consultation. (Years, hours) (2) Characteristics of the main symptoms: the location, nature, duration and degree of the main symptoms, factors of relief or exacerbation. (3) Etiology and causative factors: etiology ——- such as trauma, poisoning, and infection. Triggers ——- such as climate change, environmental changes, emotions, etc. (4) The development and evolution of the disease: including changes in the main symptoms or the appearance of new symptoms in the course of the disease. (5) Accompanying symptoms: a series of other symptoms occurring simultaneously on the basis of the main symptoms. Negative symptoms – according to the general law in a disease should appear in the accompanying symptoms but actually did not appear. (6) Diagnosis and treatment. Where have been treated, the relevant examination, the specific drugs taken (dose and time), the effect of the treatment. (4) Past history: past health conditions and diseases you have suffered from in the past. 5.History of allergy: What kind of food or medicine you are allergic to. 6.Family history: whether there is any history of genetic diseases in your family. 7, if it is a small child, but also ask for personal history: including production, feeding, development, etc., production history to explain the fetus, delivery, whether full-term, normal or difficult delivery, as well as the delivery method, the place of birth, the birth status, the mother’s nutrition and health during pregnancy, and so on. Feeding history includes the feeding mode and supplemental food addition, whether or not it has been weaned and the situation after weaning. Developmental history includes physical and intellectual development, such as the time of sitting, standing, speaking and walking, and the time of teething and fontanel closure. 8. Consultation with TCM practitioners should also add the following: (1) Cold and heat. Judge by the feeling of contact, such as the heart of the hands and feet hot, head and forehead hot. There is no fear of cold, etc. (2) Sweat. Sweating (3) Diet. Appetite and diet (4) Bowel movements. Should focus on understanding the number and time of bowel movements, stool texture and color. (5) Sleep.
