Do IVF babies develop and grow inside a test tube?

The so-called IVF does not actually develop into a fetus in a test tube, but the early stages of sperm-egg union and embryo development (about 2-5 days) are done in a culture fluid, and the development of the embryo after implantation into the mother’s uterus is exactly the same as natural conception. History: In 1978, the world’s first “test-tube baby” was born in the United Kingdom through assisted reproductive technology. In 1992, the first case of intracytoplasmic single sperm injection (commonly known as second-generation IVF) was successfully performed in Belgium. Wang Yanqiu, Reproductive Center, Shanghai Tongji Hospital Assisted reproductive technology in China started late but developed rapidly.
