Clinical manifestations of ectopic pregnancy: (a) symptoms: menopause, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, syncope, shock, abdominal mass. The unruptured type of ectopic pregnancy has no obvious abdominal pain; the miscarried type has abdominal pain but not severe; the ruptured type has more severe abdominal pain with anemia; the old ectopic pregnancy has a longer period of irregular vaginal bleeding and had severe abdominal pain, followed by persistent vague pain. A history of atypical menopause is often diagnosed as irregular menstruation and uterine bleeding.
