If the eye is traumatized with no vision, the cornea becomes white and cloudy in appearance. To restore the eye to a normal appearance, we recommend the most reasonable current surgical treatment option: lamellar keratoplasty + interlamellar staining of the cornea or
Corneal laminar interlayer staining/ or combined spot staining. Traditional staining of the cornea is done by using a needle to make the stain enter the corneal stroma, which inevitably has several problems: 1) significant postoperative irritation and long wound healing time; 2) rapid postoperative fading; and 3) the needle aggravates corneal damage and therefore scar formation. We use the above optimized surgical method, which has the following advantages: 1. Preservation of the eye. 2.No discomfort of wearing a prosthetic eye piece or needling. 3.Long fading period. 4.Easy re-dyeing at the original separation level due to the operator’s knowledge of the location of the surgical corneal stratification performed. 5.Innovation: due to the use of different levels of sculptural staining, it will make the post-operative corneal appearance more three-dimensional. The above is an inpatient surgery. Contraindications to this surgery: 1, large amount of neovascularization on the ocular surface. 2, repeated corneal edema caused by corneal endothelial loss of compensation, etc. Post-operative precautions: 1. Do not open the eyes excessively, rest should be the main focus, at least 2 weeks. 2, wear disposable corneal contact lens, need to continue to spot eye drops for at least 2 weeks to 1 month. 3, regular review, so that the physician timely change the medication.
