What are the indications for minimally invasive surgery for cervical spondylosis?

  Cervical disc herniation is a common clinical disease, which used to be seen in middle-aged and elderly people but has a tendency to become younger in recent years; the main symptom of cervical spondylosis is painful stagnation in the neck accompanied by painful numbness in the upper limbs, but modern medical research shows that cervical spondylosis also produces symptoms such as headache, dizziness, tinnitus, eye swelling, chest tightness and shortness of breath, and weakness of the limbs.  Indications for surgery: 1. signs and symptoms of cervical disc herniation; 2. ineffective by conservative treatment; 3. positive results of one or more of the following tests: myelography, high-resolution CT, CTM, MRI, discography; 4. no cervical instability, no obvious hyperplasia and degeneration and spinal cord lesions themselves.
