What causes tightness in the chest?

Tightness of breath and chest tightness may be caused by physiological factors, heart disease, lung disease or psychological disease.
1. Physiological factors: tightness of the chest may be physiological factors, such as a long time to stay in an air-circulation environment, or usually in the occurrence of some unpleasant situations, or low air pressure can lead to transient chest tightness shortness of breath.
If it is because of this situation caused by chest tightness and shortness of breath, then there is no need to worry too much, generally after rest, deep breathing, relaxation and so on can be relieved.
