Should preterm babies stay in incubators at 28 weeks?

Premature infants at 28 weeks need to enter incubator care to maintain normal body temperature and prevent serious complications because of their small weight, inability to eat normally, and poor thermoregulation ability of their own body, which cannot maintain normal body temperature. For 34 weeks, the weight is small, poor development and accompanied by serious diseases of preterm infants, should also enter the incubator care. Generally speaking, if the child’s weight reaches 1.8-2kg and can eat normally, the vital signs are stable before they can leave the incubator.
