Generally, intensive treatment is needed for 3 months, after which the dosage is reduced and maintained for 6 months, and 9 months is a course of treatment, and most patients can be cured. If the diagnosis and treatment are not timely, patients with more severe cervical spine destruction may develop symptoms of spinal nerve root compression and may even require surgery. If the cervical spine flexion and extension function is limited, it is necessary to go to the hospital in time for early diagnosis and early treatment, and its efficacy is better. If drug treatment alone is not effective, minimally invasive treatment can also be used.
