Effects of hysteroscopic endometrial resection

Hysteroscopic endometrial resection had no significant effect on arterial blood flow at all levels of the uterus. The postoperative efficacy was related to the change in postoperative uterine blood flow resistance, i.e., the efficacy was better if the postoperative blood flow resistance was higher than the preoperative one. Surgery resulted in a decrease in ovarian artery blood flow resistance, which had no significant effect on ovarian function.
