What is hysteroscopic surgery?

Hysteroscopic surgery is the application of 9mm hysteroscope, under anesthesia with glucose or saline puffed up the uterus, through the woman’s natural orifice – vagina – cervix – into the uterine cavity, electrocutting endometrial polyps, uterine submucosal fibroids, intermural leiomyomas, and intermural fibroids, fibroids close to the plasma membrane of the uterus, uterine diaphragmatic deformities, uterine adhesions, cesarean section incision pregnancy, uterine embryo residue, and so on. It is the most classical minimally invasive surgery because it is less painful without laparotomy, quicker postoperative recovery, lower morbidity in the near future, fewer complications in the long term, preserves the integrity of the uterus, and doesn’t affect the ovarian function and pelvic and abdominal internal environment.
