Normal pigmented moles are relatively easy to remove with laser treatment.
A pigmented nevus is a benign growth composed of nevus cells that can occur in any part of the skin. It may be related to heredity, environment, drugs, trauma, hormone level change and other reasons.
Laser treatment is mainly based on the theory of selective photothermal effect of laser, using its instantaneous generation of high-intensity radiation energy, focused on the melanin, mole pigmented tissue particles, which will be directly vaporized, broken, and then discharged out of the body through the lymphatic tissues, so as to achieve the purpose of removing pigmented nevus.
Patients with pigmented nevus generally do not need to be treated. If it is located in the exposed part of the skin and affects the aesthetic appearance, it can be removed by laser, freezing, surgery and other methods.
It is recommended that patients who wish to be treated go to regular hospitals for consultation and standardized treatment in accordance with the advice of specialists.
