Which group of people have more vaginal discharge?

In general, increased vaginal discharge is commonly seen in women with inflammation, tumours or foreign body irritation in the reproductive tract.
The cause of increased vaginal discharge varies between women of different ages, for example, in young girls it is most often due to the accidental placement of a foreign body in the vagina; in women of childbearing age it is most often due to inflammation or tumours in the reproductive tract; and in post-menopausal women it is most often due to tumours in the reproductive tract.
