Gastrointestinal disorders that can cause peeling palms include chronic diarrhoea, pyloric obstruction, chronic intestinal obstruction, and intestinal tuberculosis, leading to decreased absorption of niacin by the gut, resulting in niacin deficiency dermatitis and causing peeling palms.
