White particles on the face may be whiteheads or corn rashes.
1. Whiteheads: These are mild acne, usually occurring on the face or back of the chest, usually distributed symmetrically, and can occur in people of all ages. They are characterized by white pimples the size of a grain of rice or a pinhead, and white sebum plugs can be discharged when squeezed. Whitehead pimples can also be further aggravated, causing pain, redness, swelling and infection.
2. Corns: benign tiny cysts, the specific etiology is still unclear, it is thought that may be related to genetic factors and hair follicles, sweat glands and other ductal structure destruction. It can be manifested as multiple firm white papules on the face, easily appearing on the eyelids and under the eyes, usually without conscious symptoms.
