Why should I be reviewed for pulmonary fibrosis?

Although fibrous lesions are benign and most of them are scar tissue formed after lung infection, they do not require treatment, but regular review is necessary; through CT, X-ray and other imaging examinations, we can review whether they are growing rapidly and determine their nature in time; if the fibrous lesions are in a stable stage and growing slowly, they are considered benign and can be controlled by improving immunity, adjusting life and rest, and adopting good lifestyle habits. If the fibrotic lesions are growing too rapidly, the patient should be alerted to the presence of malignant tumours. This is why it is important to have a review to help your doctor understand your condition and provide timely treatment.
