When can ectopic pregnancy be detected

An ectopic pregnancy is simply a pregnancy that is not in the uterine cavity. In addition to the uterine cavity, depending on the different parts of the pregnancy, it is divided into: tubal pregnancy, cervical pregnancy, ovarian pregnancy, abdominal pregnancy, etc., while the most common one is tubal pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy can also have a history of menopause. If a woman who is sexually active and has not had her period for more than 7 days under normal menstruation, she should first undergo a urine early pregnancy test at home to determine pregnancy. Generally, the diagnosis can be confirmed by blood HCG and ultrasound around 40 days of gestation. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, early clinical management is recommended to avoid unpredictable and serious consequences. What are the manifestations of ectopic pregnancy? 1. Menopause. Most of the patients have a history of menopause; 2. Vaginal bleeding. Most patients have a history of vaginal bleeding, which is dark, less than menstrual volume, and incomplete. 3. abdominal pain. The abdominal pain is usually caused by the rupture of the fallopian tube and is often severe tearing pain on one side, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, anal swelling and other different symptoms. Ectopic pregnancy is a very serious disease, and with the growth of the fetus, the fallopian tube may rupture at any time, causing heavy bleeding and seriously threatening the life of the patient. Therefore, it is important for women who are pregnant to visit a regular hospital to rule out ectopic pregnancy and to deal with it promptly if it occurs. The most common cause of ectopic pregnancy in women is tubal infection, which leads to tubal edema, tortuosity, thickening and obstruction, preventing the fertilized egg from being normally bedded in the uterine cavity and causing ectopic pregnancy. In patients who have had multiple abortions, the endometrium is damaged and thinned, which also prevents the fertilized egg from implanting in the uterine cavity, leading to ectopic pregnancy.
