Why do people see heavy eyelids

  1. Eye length: The length of the eyes is an important factor in the outcome of the surgery, the longer the eyes, the more natural the result. For people with short eyes who want to have perfect results, they can open the inner and outer canthus at the same time as the blepharoplasty, so that the eyes will be more beautiful. 2. Convexity of the eye: Using the brow bone as a reference, the convexity of the eye can be divided into three cases: sunken, flush and bulging. In the case of sunken eyeballs, double eyelids can be made slightly wider so that they are more like western eyes. Slightly wider eyelids do not look abrupt on sunken eyes, but rather more exotic. Most Asian eyes are flush, and such eyes are not suitable for making the double eyelids too wide to avoid leaving an unrealistic feeling. Eyes with congenital or long-term eyeglass protrusion are not very suitable for blepharoplasty, and the results may not be very good after surgery due to the protrusion of the eyeballs. 3. The spacing between the eyes: According to the “three chambers and five eyes” principle, a standard face width should be the length of five eyes, and the distance between the two eyes should be equal to the length of one eye. If the eye spacing is too wide, the person will look dull and unnatural; if the eye spacing is too narrow, the person will look constricted. 4. Eye skin condition: The condition of the eye skin also has an impact on the outcome of the surgery. If the eye skin is elastic and the eye fat is small, the post-operative recovery will be fast and the effect will be natural; if there is excess fat on the eyelid, it should be removed at the same time as the surgery, otherwise the eyelid will look thick and unnatural; if the eyelid is obviously loose, it will make the surgery more difficult and the double eyelid made will be affected by the skin folds, making it difficult to guarantee the effect. 5, the coordination of facial features: the coordination of facial features refers to the ratio of “three courts and five eyes”, that is, the general standard ratio of the length and width of the human face, does not meet this ratio, and the ideal face shape distance. Nowadays, there is a more precise standard based on the “three chambers and five eyes”, and each part is considered beautiful if it meets this standard, as follows:
The width of the eyes should be 3/10 of the width of the face at the same level; the length of the chin should be 1/5 of the length of the face; the distance from the center of the eye to the bottom of the eyebrow should be 1/10 of the length of the face; the eye should be 1/14 of the length of the face;
The surface area of the nose should be less than 5/100 of the total area of the face; the ideal width of the mouth should be 1/2 of the width of the face at the same level.
