How to treat ascending aortic aneurysm of the heart conservatively

Ascending aortic aneurysms of the heart can be treated conservatively by tightly controlling blood pressure and reducing strenuous exercise. Cardiac ascending aortic aneurysm is a localized dilatation of the ascending aortic duct that leads to the appearance of a tumor. It usually manifests symptoms such as acute dyspnea and lower extremity edema. When patients suffer from cardiac ascending aortic tumors, they can first be treated conservatively by strictly controlling their blood pressure, but this treatment can only lower blood pressure and will not do much to stop the tumor from rupturing. Strenuous exercise should also be minimized to avoid tumor rupture due to sudden changes in intrathoracic pressure. When a patient suffers from an ascending aortic aneurysm of the heart, it is recommended to undergo surgical treatment as early as possible if conservative treatment is not effective. This prevents the aneurysm from rupturing and causing more serious consequences.
