What is infertility

  Infertility is actually a collective term for infertility and sterility.  Clinically, if you have a normal sexual life after marriage, without using contraception, and you do not get pregnant for a year, it is called infertility, or infertility due to the female partner. Infertility is further divided into primary infertility and secondary infertility. Primary infertility is defined as never having conceived a child, while secondary infertility is defined as having conceived a child in the past and, for some reason, not having conceived for a year now.  Clinical infertility is when a pregnancy is miscarried or stillborn for some reason, or when the male partner is the cause of infertility.  There are many causes of infertility, including female factors, male factors, or both male and female factors. The causes of infertility are the female factor, the male factor, or both male and female factors, and the causes of infertility are multiple miscarriages, high work stress, and advanced age. Male factors include spermatogenic dysfunction, semen abnormalities, vas deferens obstruction, immune factors, and sexual dysfunction.  In conclusion, infertility is a collective term for infertility and sterility, including both female infertility and male infertility, which generally requires both spouses to do relevant examinations and specialist examinations at specialized reproductive departments.
