But there is no shortage of patients who are unable to undergo surgical treatment for a variety of reasons, perhaps because there is not enough recovery time, or there is still a slight fear of it inside. But perhaps there is still a way for you to go – Chinese medicine. As a traditional medicine in China, Chinese medicine has gathered the crystallization of the wisdom of the ancients for thousands of years and has become a complete medical system, which also has many methods for treating hemorrhoids. The actual fact is that you will be able to find out more about the actual situation and also the particulars of the patient before proceeding with the treatment. 1, wind injury intestinal complex evidence Patients generally see blood in the stool, dripping blood or jet, blood bright red, the patient’s tongue is red, thin white or thin yellow coating, pulse floating number. Chinese medicine believes that this is wind-heat forced down, burning intestinal complexes or heat accumulation of intestinal tract, depletion of fluids, resulting in hard stools, rubbing the blood of hemorrhoids, heat forced blood delusion, then see blood in the stool, blood color is bright red. Patients may also exhibit thirst, constipation, red tongue with yellow coating, and counted pulse, all of which are signs of internal heat, and need treatment to clear heat, cool blood, and dispel wind. You can use Chinese herbal formulas, such as Cool Blood Dihuang Tang plus reduction, or you can also use Chinese medicine, such as Sophora Pill and Hemorrhoid Tablet. 2.Dampness and heat are usually in the blood of the stool in bright color and quantity, and the nucleus of the hemorrhoid is prolapsed and embedded, which can lead to local swelling, pain, or erosion and necrosis. The pain can be aggravated by coughing, walking or sitting, and the patient also has a dry mouth that does not want to drink and a bitter mouth. The symptoms are yellow urine and yellowish coating. In Chinese medicine, it is considered that damp-heat is forcing down the large intestine and forcing blood to move, which results in blood in the stool, damp-heat accumulation, obstruction of meridians, stagnation of qi and blood, and prolapse of the swollen hemorrhoid; dampness is heavy and turbid, which results in swelling and pain; heat overcomes flesh decay, which results in erosion and necrosis; dry mouth and desire to drink, bitter mouth, yellow urine, yellow greasy moss, and moist pulse are signs of damp-heat. The common prescriptions include pain relief such as Shen Tang plus reduction, and also the Chinese medicine Diyu Huaijiao Wan and compound vine fruit hemorrhoid suppository. 3.Blood stasis and stagnation of qi can be seen in the internal hemorrhoids, the anal canal is tightened and painful, the anal edge is edematous and thrombosed, painful to touch; external hemorrhoids, the anal edge of the swelling protrudes, can increase in size when defecating, with foreign body sensation, with pain or swelling, hard nodules can be palpated. The patient has a dark red tongue, white or yellow coating, and a stringent or astringent pulse. TCM believes that this is due to the weakness of the internal organs of the patient, loss of drainage of the liver, blockage of qi and blood, resulting in stagnation of qi and blood stasis. It can be treated with the traditional Chinese medicine formula Tao Hong Si Wu Tang Plus, and can also be treated with topical drugs such as hemorrhoid tablets and anti-hemorrhoid ointment. 4, spleen deficiency Qi trapped evidence Patients can appear anal relaxation, hemorrhoid nucleus prolapse must be reset by hand, blood in the stool is bright or light red, the patient’s face is white and less flashy, less breath and lazy speech, less nausea and loose stool. The patient has a pale tongue, thin white coating, with teeth marks on the sides and a weak pulse. In Chinese medicine, this is due to the patient’s weakness, spleen deficiency and qi deficiency, unable to regulate blood, blood does not follow the meridians and overflow outside the veins, then blood in the stool; spleen deficiency and subsidence, then anal swelling, hemorrhoids nucleus prolapse outside the anus. If the spleen is deficient in transportation and transformation, then the blood is not able to nourish the skin, so the spleen is tired and weak, and the face is weak. The Chinese medicine can be used in the formula of tonifying Zhong Yi Qi Tang plus reduction, but also available Chinese medicine such as tonifying Zhong Yi Qi Pill and eliminating hemorrhoids pill. In order to be cautious, patients should not choose their own medicine in life, Chinese medicine is not easy to identify, do not rely on their “intuition” to use drugs indiscriminately.
