What about afterglow OCD?

Afterglow fear may seem to have a single, simple symptom, but in fact reflects a problem that may not be simple. There may be a psychological factor, or there may be a habit or an overly conscientious and stereotyped way of looking that has been fixed for a long time. Morita therapy’s “let nature take its course” approach is effective, but uncontrolled looking, especially when it is done to relieve anxiety, becomes a form of self-indulgence. Excessive control over not looking can also lead to regrets after looking, and may lead to a desire to look even more. The core of the treatment is to reduce the psychological conflict between the afterglow look and control not to look, it is okay to look, it is okay not to look, the key is not to be overly ambivalent. The rush to control the afterglow compulsion, or attempt to find a quick and effective panacea or way, but in vain, some people try to surgery, some try to special drugs, some people try to escape often …… Often, this is not the case. It is recommended that systematic psychological counseling and psychotherapy, combined with anti-anxiety medication if necessary. Live early back to do not care about the feeling of afterglow, how you want to look at it!
