Swelling and pain in the corner of the eye is usually caused by granuloma or blepharitis.
1. 2. Blepharitis: patients of any age may develop, mainly due to chronic bacterial infections in the eyelid margins, requiring regular antibiotic eye drops, such as chloramphenicol eye drops, moxifloxacin eye drops and so on.
