What is anal papilloma mixed hemorrhoids?

Anal papilloma and mixed hemorrhoids are two different conditions, usually caused by prolonged irritation from chronic inflammation and constipation. They are different in texture and shape and can be treated with medication and surgery.
Anal papilloma is caused by the proliferation of anal papillae due to repeated irritation from inflammation, which leads to the development of anal papilloma. Mixed hemorrhoids are due to the formation of a mass after pathologic varicosities of the mucosal vessels in the anus, which are tubular proliferations. Anal papilloma and mixed hemorrhoids may be caused by chronic inflammatory stimuli and long-term constipation.
Anal papillomas are tough, mallet-shaped and do not bleed. Mixed hemorrhoids are soft, hemispherical sarcoma in shape, manifested by partial bleeding of internal hemorrhoids and swelling and pain of external hemorrhoids. Patients can be treated with sitz baths, hemorrhoidal suppositories in the anus, and topical application of compound keratine ester acid cream. Hemorrhoids and anal papillomas can also be surgically removed under anesthesia.
Patients with anal papilloma mixed hemorrhoids should be treated under the guidance of a doctor, avoiding tobacco and alcohol during treatment, and avoiding spicy and irritating foods.
