You must not know the calcium supplement tips

The Chinese have an old saying: “What to eat to make up for it”. Many osteoporosis patients think that bone soup is the first choice for calcium supplementation, which is actually wrong. There is a test: someone used 5 kg of pork bones plus 5 kg of water, simmered in a pressure cooker for 10 hours, and the calcium content in a bowl of bone broth was only 10 mg. The same box (250ml) of milk contains more than 300mg of calcium, much higher than a bowl of bone broth. The human body normally needs 1000mg of calcium per day, usually a glass of milk or yogurt (containing 300mg of calcium), a glass of dark green vegetable juice, and a meal of tofu can supplement the body’s daily calcium needs. For patients with osteoporosis or in fracture healing period, calcium supplementation can be enhanced by drinking a 250ml carton of milk or yogurt in the morning and evening to meet the body’s needs.
