Brain CT cannot detect cervical spondylosis. The main examination site of brain CT is the brain parenchyma and the skull bone of the brain, and the lesions it shows are also intracranial lesions and the existence of skull fractures. For the cervical spine examination basically will not be available, and even if there is, only the 1st cervical vertebra can be scanned, so the brain CT examination can only find intracerebral lesions and the presence of cranial bone lesions, and there is no way to find cervical spine lesions. Brain CT scan layers are limited and do not reach the cervical spine, so naturally there is no way to check the cervical spine disease, check the cervical spine disease to do a CT or MRI of the neck.
