How to suck up milk

Mothers who are breastfeeding often have trouble pumping milk due to a rise in milk. There are several ways to help with milk discharge. 1. Apply local hot compresses to the breasts, because hot compresses can promote local blood circulation in the breasts, which is good for milking. While applying hot compresses, you can also massage your breasts at the same time. Massaging the breasts is also good for the circulation of blood in the breasts and can unblock the veins in the breasts. When there is a hard lump in the breast, you can use massage to slowly knead the hard lump away. 2. You can use a breast pump to assist your baby to suck the milk. In breastfeeding women, swollen milk may also be due to the baby’s ability to suck too little, so that the milk ducts in the breast are not fully opened. Therefore, you can use a breast pump to assist in sucking milk to solve the problem of swollen milk that cannot be squeezed out. 3. If the swollen milk in the breast is more serious, you can go to the hospital to find out the cause and treat the problem. You can unblock the milk ducts through massage or hire a professional lactation specialist to assist in milk promotion, or you can use some drugs to promote the smooth flow of the milk ducts under medical supervision. Breastfeeding mothers should pay more attention to the care of their breasts, keep the nipples and the area around the breasts clean, and perform timely cleaning, hot compresses and massage.
