What should I pay attention to in breast implant surgery? Chest is an important part to show the charm of women, so many beauty lovers choose breast implants to improve their undesirable breast phenomenon. Before undergoing breast augmentation surgery, many friends are worried about surgical precautions because they do not know much about breast augmentation surgery. So, what should I pay attention to during breast augmentation surgery? After breast augmentation surgery, there may be pain and bruising on the breasts, the extent of which varies from person to person depending on the method, nature of the surgery and the individual’s body type. The pain usually lasts for about two to three days and can be controlled by taking medication according to the doctor’s instructions. The swelling will subside in about one to two weeks. Daily activities can generally be resumed two to three days after the day of surgery. After the fifth to seventh day after surgery, you can go to work as usual. You should avoid lifting your arm and heavy objects for the first week after surgery. Steam baths and swimming should be avoided for two weeks. Strenuous exercise should not be performed until two weeks after surgery. A simple dressing will be applied to the incision after surgery and a bandage will be placed in between to hold the breast in place. After two to three days, a follow-up visit to the doctor will be made and you can bathe normally. Follow-ups will be scheduled in one week, one month and six months. The stitches in the incision will dissolve automatically within 10 days. For the first month after surgery, you should wear a well-fitting soft bra or positioning bra as instructed by your doctor, or leave the bra on to allow the breast tissue to form naturally. The breasts will feel swollen and uncomfortable at first, but after one to two months, the texture and shape of the breasts will be more natural. For six months after surgery, you should not wear a wire corset to prevent deformation of the breasts and contracture of the envelope. Sexual intercourse should be avoided for two weeks after surgery to avoid injury to the breasts. If you are planning to get pregnant, it is best to wait until the shape of your breasts has stabilized after six months of surgery before starting. Breast augmentation surgery does not usually affect the ability to breastfeed. Breast massage should be started one week after surgery by pushing the breasts in three directions: up, inward and outward, holding the position for ten seconds, and doing it for five minutes for the left and right breasts. Twice in the morning and twice in the evening for the first month. The second month starts once a night for one year. After one year, the massage is changed to irregular. Breast massage can loosen the fibrous tissue of the envelope around the prosthesis and effectively reduce the occurrence of envelope contracture, so it should be persistent. The post-operative wound scars will appear to be hardened, raised and red for the first three months after surgery, but will mostly fade to inconspicuous after about six months.
