The number of days after transfer depends on the embryo transferred and cannot be generalized, but needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. If the transferred embryos are day 3 cleaved embryos, they will take 3 days to implant and 7 days at the latest; if the transferred embryos are day 5-6 blastocysts, they will usually implant in 1-2 days. It is recommended to have a blood test for HCG level about two weeks after the frozen embryo transfer to make a judgment on the success of the frozen embryo implantation. For women with normal menstrual cycle and normal ovulation, the time of frozen embryo transfer is usually around the middle of menstruation, i.e. around the 14th day of menstruation, which is mainly determined by the ovulation and endometrial condition of the month of transfer. For patients with abnormal menstrual cycle, frozen embryo transfer is usually chosen in the first half of menstruation to increase the success rate of frozen embryo transfer. After the freeze embryo transfer, it is recommended to eat less and more meals, more high-protein, high-fiber and easy-to-digest foods, avoid coffee, barley, crabs and other foods, and pay attention to rest and not to overexert.
