How to prevent visual fatigue?

  With the development of information technology, the relationship between computers and modern life is getting closer and closer. Many people, because of their work, must face the computer all day long and look at the computer monitor.  Eye fatigue is a subjective feeling and cannot be considered a disease strictly speaking, and is diagnosed solely on the basis of the person’s complaints. Most patients complain of dryness, burning, or a foreign body sensation in the eyes, unstable or temporarily blurred vision, and may feel heavy eyelids, swelling and pain in the eyes, or even headaches.
