Vitiligo is a common acquired disease of limited or generalized skin pigmentation loss. It is caused by loss of melanocyte function in the skin, but the mechanism is not clear. It can occur on all parts of the body, commonly on the back of the fingers, wrists, forearms, face, neck, and around the genitalia. The vulva can also occur in women, mostly in young women.
Etiology: 1, is the mental factors.

Vitiligo patients have anti-melanocyte antibodies in their serum, while patients have a variety of auto-antibodies (anti-thyroid antibodies and anti-nuclear antibodies) in their serum, and these antibodies are positively correlated with lesion activity and lesion area. Patients with active disease also have disorders of cellular immune function, and the occurrence of other autoimmune diseases is 10 to 15 times higher than normal.
Treatment: In the acute stage, small doses of hormones are given orally, and vitamin B complex and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid 2ml are injected intramuscularly every other day for a course of 9 consecutive times. Avoid eating acidic food and drinking alcohol and staying up late.
